Guages and Dials

Here is a quick How To - Guages and Dials:

The basic premise is simple, and once you know it you'll be able to make some pretty good looking dials. They really add some good detail to your models.

Start with a flat white color on your dial. Here I've used Menoth White Highlight for my dials.



Now, paint a diagonal line in red and fill in to the right.  Too easy.

 Paint another line in black on the bottom (or top, or side, if you'd like) and fill in below.

Finish off your dials by making a few hashmarks around the periphery of the dial and 1 long hash mark in the center.

I hope this helps some of you to get some dials onto your 'Jacks.
